Introduction to Tantra

Introduction to Tantra is a complete five-session course open to anyone with a genuine interest in Buddhist Tantra. The course explores the rich and dramatic symbolism of inner Tantra, and demonstrates that we are distorted symbols of our enlightened selves. As symbols, we can journey into the enlightened textures of realisation through the practice of envisionment - meditation, visualisation, mantra, yogic song, and Tantric music. Envisionment enables us to discover what we have always known – that we are beyond the limits of hope, fear, and boredom. The course includes the practices of the male and female Tantric Buddhas – Padmasambhava and Yeshé Tsogyel.

Each week you’ll be given written material to use in your personal practice.
