Meditation is a way in which you can perform brain surgery on yourself.

Meditation is only of use if it makes a difference to the whole of our lives not just whilst we are on a sitting cushion. In this course you will learn techniques to change patterns of behaviour, and mental habits that can be hard to shake.

This course will provide insights into thought and the nature of Mind whilst also giving us the methods for maintaining awareness throughout the day and even in to our sleep. The practices taught will include: silent sitting, yogic song, standing meditation, walking meditation, suspension of the sense fields and dream yoga.
