The practice of Dream Yoga is one of falling asleep with awareness. We spend a third of our lives asleep so being able to devote that period of time to practice is crucial for anyone whose available waking life is limited by work and family circumstances. Dream Yoga practice can also free us from conceptual limitations of time and space and allow us to penetrate the illusory nature of what we take to be concrete reality.
