Retreat with Chhi’mèd Künzang

Fall is the season of the Earth element, and this is the time to establish the ground of our practice. Unless we have a solid foundation, we cannot build a worthwhile structure upon it. The tangible methods taught during this three-day training event represent the indispensable initial introduction to Tactile Responsiveness Training. The priority will be on ensuring that all participants feel and understand the logic and progression of Gésar Training – particularly the core powers of tob-tsal and nam-tsal. This will be accomplished through a series of experiential introductions spanning three days.

Gésar Training encompasses Tactile Responsiveness Training, Warriorship, Equestrianism, and nature of Mind Training. Anyone interested in exploring the rich dimension of Gésar Training is encouraged to attend this seminal event – during which the groundwork for more specific development throughout the coming year will be laid.
