Apprentice retreat for all apprentices who wish to explore the teachings of the Gésar gTér. This retreat will look at the teachings of Natural Dignity. It will cover the practices of Dining and Dancing but also Dorje Shin Dong Dabma - the Tibetan Art of Natural Composition (also known as flower/plant arranging). Practices of Standing meditation, Walking meditation and Ying'khor will also be covered depending on the interest and experience of the participants.

Standard rate:
Per night (including meals) 45 Pounds
Per day non residential 15 Pounds (no difference if people do or do not have breakfast)
Concessionary rate:
Per night (including meals) 30 Pounds
.. is offered to residents who are full-time students, in receipt of unemployment benefit or disability benefit. No concession offered on day time only attendance
(it is possible under exceptional circumstances to go down as far as 15 Pounds per day (food costs only), but this needs to bis discussed with ones Lamas)
Children
5-11 years: donations
11 years to 15 years: 15 Pounds per day
16 years and above: full rate 45 Pounds per day
