Class with Shé-zér Khandro

aro-ling-shrine

Embracing emotions as the path is a six week course exploring how our emotions can be used as the basis of Buddhist practice. The course will explore both the deluded and the liberated qualities of our emotional experiences and the possibility of transforming these through meditation. The sessions will be complemented by instruction on silent sitting meditation and a series of vajra melodies - sung mantra which are useful for common emotional states such as anger, frustration, sadness and bewilderment.

The course will include a transmission into the practice of Dzogchen Trek-chod. This is the meditation practice used for transforming the deluded emotions into their natural liberated condition.

Each week you will be given written material to use in your personal practice.
