In their first teaching at Aro Ling Cardiff, the Lineage Lamas will give direct introduction to Dzogchen sem-dé – the totality teaching of the ‘nature of Mind’.

Dzogchen is unique in dealing with the experience of being human at the most essential level of perception. Dzogchen lays bare the problems which arise through our dualistic vision – and creates a sense of wonderment at the immense possibility for each individual.

Ngak’chang Rinpoche and Khandro Déchen are the authors of many highly acclaimed books on Vajrayana Buddhism. They have been teaching for nearly 40 years all over the world. They teach publicly in the UK infrequently, and only occasionally in Cardiff, so this event is likely to be oversubscribed. It is a rare opportunity to receive a direct introduction to Dzogchen teachings in the intimate setting of Aro Ling Cardiff Buddhist Centre. Numbers are limited to 15, so booking in advance is strongly recommended.

A higher price than usual is being charged for this event so that Aro Ling Cardiff is able to make an offering to the Lamas and pay their expenses.

There will be an hour's lunch break at 1pm. Whitchurch Village has many pleasant coffee bars and restaurants, or please bring your own packed lunch. There will be tea breaks during the day for which refreshments are provided.

10am to 19.00pm Saturday 23rd January 2016.
