Our lives can be so busy in the modern world – too much to do and too little time. It can be difficult to let go and relax when we do have time to stop or when we are trying to sleep. Relaxation techniques are easy to learn, enjoyable to practise and can be really effective. These drop in relaxation sessions will cover breathing exercises, physical relaxation techniques and more. So when you’ve dropped the children at school, or done a little shopping, treat yourself to a relaxation session to set you up for a calm and enjoyable day.
