Ceremony with Nor’dzin Pamo, ’ö-Dzin Tridral, Mé-tsal Wangmo, Shé-zér Khandro & Namgyal Dorje

This final session of the Roaring Silence meditation course will be led by honored guests Lama Nor'dzin and Lama 'ö-Dzin, teachers from the Dzogchen Buddhist Aro Tradition.

This session will comprise a transmission into the Dzogchen practice of Dream Yoga (Milam) as well as the practice of 'suspension', along with teachings from the Lamas. These two practices enable us to seamlessly merge our formal sitting meditation practice, with our busy every day working lives, as their only prerequisites are easily met by everyone - the need to sleep, and the need to breathe.

7.30pm to 9.00pm, Tuesday 1st May.
