Teaching with Ngak’chang Rinpoche

Birth and Death are the creative play of existence, which move within the womb of Space. Waking and falling asleep are the mirror image of birth and death – and the play of experience which arises in that mirror is the key to understanding the nature of illusion and reality. Just as waking and sleeping can be a seamless flow of awareness – so can birth and death.

—Khandro Déchen

Dream Yoga is a valuable method, not only for transforming the ‘sleep state’ but also for learning how to approach physical birth or death with a sense of confidence and the possibility of embarking upon a luminous adventure. Ngak’chang Rinpoche introduces the art of life as the dance of birth and death with the sleeping and waking states.
