Retreat with Nor’dzin Pamo & ’ö-Dzin Tridral

The Songs of the Owl-faced dakini express the fundamental teachings of Sutra in the language of Tantra. Through exploration of these teachings we establish confidence in our capacity for further vision. We develop confidence in our capacity to discover wisdom and engage with compassion.

In this weekend retreat, Ngala Nor'dzin and Ngala 'ö-Dzin will explore view, impermanence and our experience of dissatisfaction, as the gateway to the paths of transformation and spontaneity. Teachings will be interspersed with the practices of meditation and yogic song. The opportunity to take part in the ceremony of refuge will be offered at the end of the retreat.

Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th February

Teachings start at 7.30pm Friday, and will commence at 10.15am on Saturday and Sunday. There will be an hour of meditation on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9am, combining silent sitting meditation and yogic song. Lunch and Dinner will be provided on Saturday. There will also be an Empowerment on Saturday evening.
