Class with Mé-tsal Wangmo & Ja'gyür Dorje

aro-ling-shrine

We all have unhelpful patterns of thought that we would like to change - seemingly closed loops of negative thinking, and of reacting to the world around us and the situations we find ourselves in. The good news is that our brain is plastic… using Vajrayana Buddhist meditation practices it is possible to radically rewire it in order to change the perceptual, psychological, and emotional reactions which habitually colour our experience. How exciting and refreshing would it be to experience the world without our habitual thought patterns and reactions getting in the way? To find ourselves alive, awake, and crackling with creative energy in every moment? To discover that it is our own mind that holds us back. And that it is entirely possible to change it.

This 8 week course will provide insights into thought and the nature of Mind, give methods for maintaining awareness throughout the day, and techniques to free us from the patterns of thinking and behaviour that habitually limit us.

Thursday evenings from 7.00 to 8.45pm. Classes run for 8 weeks from January 23rd to 19th March with a break for half term (no class on 20th February).
