Teaching with Mé-tsal Wangmo

aro-ling-shrine

Exploring the rich symbolism found in the practice of Tsog khorlo - a celebration of food, meditation, music and dance. All sense fields are employed during tsog and the ceremony is an opportunity to let go of all neurotic patterning.

During tsog khorlo every practitioner fully experiences one another as enlightened beings and delights in that experience. The teachings will conclude with a tsog ceremony which is open to all free of charge - if you are interested in participating in the tsog feast but have never attended one before we recommend you attend the day of teachings before the ceremony. Please bring a small amount of special food to share.
