Teaching with Shé-zér Khandro & Namgyal Dorje

aro-ling-shrine

In this day of teachings Lama Shé-zér and Lama Namgyal will explore the rich symbolism found in the practice of Tsog khorlo - a celebration of food, meditation, music and dance. All sense fields are employed during tsog and the ceremony is an opportunity to let go of all neurotic patterning.

Practitioners take this opportunity to arise in the moment as the yidam – to renew all vows and realise one’s beginningless enlightened nature in the company of fellow practitioners. During tsog khorlo every practitioner fully experiences one another as enlightened beings and delights in that experience.

The teachings will conclude with a tsog ceremony - please bring a small amount of special food to share.
