On Wednesday evenings, we meet for teachings and group practice. You’re welcome to join at any time, with or without prior meditation experience.
There will be teachings on various Buddhist topics from the Dzogchen perspective, we will practice together, and there’s always plenty of time for your questions.
If you have a bell, dorje, and drum, feel free to bring them and play along.
These evenings are a great opportunity to get to know the Aro gTér and get an introduction to Buddhist practice techniques.
You can join us in person at the Fleischmarkt or participate online via Zoom.

Cost: €10 to cover room rental. Please ring the bell for "Meditationsräume" at Fleischmarkt.
