This is a 7 week course looking at what it means to be a Buddhist and how to make practice part of your life.

The course will cover: the fundamental Buddhist concepts and practices of kindness and awareness; the 5 Owl Precepts – guidelines for living with total presence, honour, humour, creativity and generosity – presented from the perspective of Dzogchen; the practices of eating, drinking and sleeping with awareness; and the practice of establishing confidence in actuality.
