Treowen is about 40 minutes drive from Chepstow. It is an hours drive from Bristol. There are regular coaches from Heathrow and Gatwick airports to Chepstow

Arrival from Friday 4.00pm onwards - the evening meal is around 7.00pm. The retreat finishes by 3.00pm on the Thursday afternoon after the practice of tsog'khorlo.
There is an option of staying for an informal evening with Ngak'chang Rinpoche and Khandro Déchen on Thursday. There is an additional cost of £25 for this optional evening. Departure by 9.30am on Friday morning.
