Join us for a selection of teachings from the Aro gTer, a ‘Lineage of Enlightened Women’. The Mother Essence Lineage is an all female lineage that traces its roots back to the arrival of Buddhism in Tibet in the 8th Century, but whose teachings are highly pertinent to those living a busy modern lifestyle in the West.
This day of teachings is open to all – those with no experience of meditation, and those with extensive practice; those with no knowledge of Buddhism, and also committed practitioners.
